Photography & Transport

Aisle be seeing you

The journey to your wedding might be one of the most nerve wracking you have to sit through, so you want to travel in comfort.

Photography & TransportCars are the most popular form of transport for weddings, especially if the bride is wearing a large dress. You can let your imagination run wild and pick an alternative mode of transport such as a black cab, motorbike or even a helicopter or boat.

As you might be travelling in the same transport to the reception and at the end of the evening, when your guests wave you off to your first night and honeymoon, you need to think about the most suitable means of transportation.

Say cheese!

Photography & TransportPhotographs of the day will be something you look back on for years to come. They show how the day went and they can portray how you and the guests felt. A good photographer will show you an entire wedding album they have recently completed, not just their best photos. This will give you a feel for their style of work. Colour? Black and white? Or both? You might want to capture the events leading up to the wedding such as you, the bridesmaids and groom getting ready. These are sometimes called photojournalist shots. Most of the traditional shots are taken immediately after the ceremony. Good questions to ask are, "How long after the wedding will we receive the proofs?" "Will the photographer be taking digital photographs that can be seen on the day?" and " What is included in the wedding package?"

Always allow plenty of time for the wedding photographs to be taken and remember - you get what you pay for.
