Taking to the streets

When Henley’s local hospital Townlands was threatened with closure French Jones was on hand to help. Local residents and councillors were already managing a strong campaign but brought in French Jones to add some additional clout.

Media relations and a website were the order of the day to keep residents informed of changes and maintain momentum.

The campaign saw 4,000 residents marching through the streets of Henley, 10,000 signatures on a petition and more than 1,000 letters written to the decision makers.

FJ Director David Bandey said, "We were very proud to be involved in this important campaign for the community."
