Sustainability in construction

Building materials producer, Hanson UK, produced its first sustainability report in 2009 since its merger with cement producer Castle Cement. It was also a report which reflected content agreed with a wide range of UK building materials producers, all aiming to demonstrate the industry’s commitment to working towards sustainability.
